On February 9, 2026, Bunda Mulia School proudly held its annual Community Service Day, a meaningful event dedicated to spreading kindness and celebrating compassion. This year’s celebration was even more special as it coincided with the birthday of the Founder of Yayasan Pendidikan Bunda Mulia, Bapak Djoko Susanto.
The entire BMS community came together to contribute in creative and impactful ways. From baking cookies and organizing food bazaars to hosting exciting game booths and leading donation drives, students, parents, teachers, and staff worked hand in hand to support those in need.
Beyond fundraising, our community also came together to gather essential supplies and practical items for those who need them most. Every contribution — big or small — reflected the generous spirit that defines the BMS family.
The donations, both financial and in-kind, were thoughtfully distributed to several social institutions, including Yayasan Pita Kuning, communities in Aceh Tamiang, and Sekolah Pondok Domba — ensuring that our spirit of giving created real and meaningful impact where it matters most.
Adding to the excitement of the day, BMS also held a “Walk for a Cause” at Ancol. This fun walk brought students, teachers, and staff together outside the classroom to celebrate this special day joyfully and healthily. Walking side by side symbolized the shared commitment of the BMS community to make a positive impact beyond school walls.
At the end of the event, our Academic Coordinator, Miss Usha, extended her heartfelt appreciation to all departments, coordinators, students, teachers, and staff for their dedication and teamwork. Thanks to their collective effort, BMS Community Service Day 2026 stood as a powerful reminder that at Bunda Mulia School, learning goes beyond the classroom and into the heart of the community — truly reflecting our spirit of One Celebration, Endless Kindness.
